There are some important updates for Lectopia for Semester 2 2008

• Introduction of Flash as a streaming media delivery format for video
• Online booking form
• New media delivery servers

• Podcasting is currently not working.
• Stanley Burbury LT is currently experiencing ongoing technical issues affecting Lectopia recordings

This has been developed to simplify the booking process and to increase the integrity of information recieved by Lectopia administrative staff.

The is the first release of this form, and as such is desiged to cater for the most common Lectopia booking types. If you find that your situation is not catered for by this form, you can still use the manual PDF form.

• This form requires Staff Authentication with an UTAS Active Directory account. If you do not use this account to log on to your computer you will need to create a password for this account by clicking: here.
  

• You will need the Staff ID of all staff requiring access to the unit.
  
• VPN access is necessary outside of UTAS.
• Web Browsers may warn you that they are unable to verify the digital certificate / website security certificate. You should continue by either accepting the certificate, or choose to continue to the website in spite of this.
