Voicemail Policy

 

Scope

All UTAS staff.

Provisions

  1. Voicemail must not be used in any manner that limits the effectiveness of service point or emergency response operations.
  2. Recorded greetings and messages must be curteous, professional and support the reputation of the University.
  3. All voicemail services must be implemented in consultation with IT Resources to ensure that the University's policies and service quality standards are met.
