The Project Office provides training, documentation, support and expert advice relating to the management of projects throughout the Division of Finance and Administration. 

The Project Office is currently developing a Project Management Methodology called PMM@UTas, which is based on PRINCE2 and is tailored to suit a variety of project sizes and disciplines across the higher education sector.

As part of PMM@UTas, the Project Office have created a sizing framework to assist Project Managers and their teams to effectively utilise the new processes.  The framework includes templates, plans and workflows and will support participants to work through a structured process beginning with the initial concept through to project completion, review, and sign-off.
