Overview
The Course and Unit System provides store and retrieval service for information about UTas Courses and Units and is one of the components that makes up the Universities Student Information System. It is able to output its data into a number of formats, including via the web (http://courses.utas.edu.au). The system is owned by Student & Academic Services and the Management Information Systems group in ITR provides application support and enhancement services for the system.
Support
Course and Unit system support is provide through a number of methods:
- Course & Unit end user support is provided by the the Manager, Systems & Web Services
- Course & Unit Server support is provided by ITR (through CaDS)
- Course & Unit system development is provided by ITR (through MIS)
