Overview
Pinnacle is an asset and maintenance management information system. Pinnacle will allow Schools and Sections the capability to record all maintenance carried out on specific equipment which will then create a process to acquire, replace or continue with maintaining the piece of equipment.
Support
Pinnacle support is provide through a number of methods:
- Pinnacle end user support is provided by the the Archibus Application Manager
- Pinnacle Server support is provided by ITR (through CaDS)
- Pinnacle application configuration support is provided through the Pinnacle Application Manager and through Pinnacle vendor support.
