Overview
TRIM is an off-the-shelf software application which the University of Tasmania has selected to manage its electronic and paper corporate records. The product provides:
- Workflow
- Image management
- Document management
- Web Publishing
- Email Management and;
- Records Management
Support
Trim support is provide through a number of methods:
- Trim end user support is provided by the Records Management Unit
- Trim Server support is provided by ITR (through CaDS)
- Trim application configuration support is provided through a local vendor and Tower Software, the developers of Trim Context.
