Atlassian's JIRA is an issue tracking system and can assist in Project Management of system development, managing planned work as well tracking day to day support requirements of ITR operational systems (e.g. voice and data services).

The main users of the knowledge base are ITR , Finance, Student Services and Asset Management staff. Please note that although the system has been offered to other administrative divisions, ITR will not champion the systems deployment in sections outside ITR. The system is not being offered to students.
