Service Center


One of HP's consolidated service desk offering, Service Center is an ITIL compliant, comprenhensive and fully integrated IT Service management software. ITR is only using the Incident management module .

The main users of Service Center are ITR staff with some minor use by Library and Accomodation staff. The system is not being offered to more staff or even students due to licencing issues.
