Late professional interest: Computer
support have been my interest in the last 20 years. A mix of
customer service and information technology which I am totally
focused here in Australia, initially in the University of New South Wales
and currently in the University of Tasmania. I presented the below
related paper in the South Pacific User Conference (SPUC) in 1998:

The final stage of the evolution is having our Service Desk in
the University of Tasmania along with the whole Information Technology
Resources organization working within the ITIL framework of best practices.
