Equipment

The following features are standard in all IT Resources videoconference rooms:

• Main monitor (for viewing the "far end" site)

• Second monitor* (for viewing previews/graphics while still viewing far end)

• Pan/tilt/zoom camera

• Auto-directional/auto-gain microphone

• Keypad controls (infra-red remote control)

• Document camera

• Telephone (hands free capable)

• VCR (for sending pre-recorded video to the far end, or recording video from the near end and audio from both ends)

Some sites have additional facilities, such as an auxillary pan/tilt/zoom camera or an automatic voice tracking camera system.
