Bookings Requests

ITR central videoconference facilties are to be used for University business only and are not for hire. Bookings requests will only be considered when submitted by University staff. Students wanting to use the facilities for interviews, PhD research etc. must have written (email, fax, etc.) authorisation by their school/faculty.

Please note that requests are processed manually, your patience is appreciated.

Please note that all regular teaching requests are processed by school timetable officers along with all other timetabling activities. For all other requests, please use the online system.

Venue Schedule Check

• Use "VIEW SCHEDULE " to open the video conference bookings schedules.
• Follow the directions in the schedule.
• Click on the "Request Booking" button to open the Booking Request Form.
